This made me laugh - You people are kind of romance obsessed. It makes me want to make one of those crack-paring memes for the athenaeum. You know, the ones where you list eight or so characters and then have 1 asking out 4 or something like that. I think we could generate some interesting results....

Just thoughts on my own characters... Hmm..
Well there's TahixEos - which is new. She's not really the type to date anyone younger than 18, and since there weren't really any boys under 18 available or any mentors prior to Eos I was just going to pair her up with a NPC mortal she'd meet on her travels. He was going to be a doctor - a rather studious guy, who helped Tahi out of a jam when she was injured on her first solo mission, and they ended up falling for each other. So she'd leave the athenaeum (much to Kal's dismay) and live happily ever after. And even after they die Kal would look after his nieces and nephews and their children etc etc.

Buuuutt - that may change depending on Eos. I mean if they end up together that'd be cute - but if Jo wants to keep his options open - that's fine too.

Kal... Well - let's be honest here - any Kal paring is an instant crack pairing. He'd need a very special type of person to fall in love with, and there's nobody here at the Athenaeum that could probably fit that description right now. He might get paired up eventually - but I don't see it happening in the near future. He's too much fun as the overbearing older brother. Tahi's the only woman he needs in his life right now.

Phrixos - another very instant crack paring, seeing as Phrix sees most women as inferior. I could see him falling for a Charis or a friend of Myrina's, or one of Zeus' but for everyone else it's going to be a battle for him to get to like and it's not going to be easy. Right now I see PhrixosXEri as more of a crack paring, and PhrixosXAdelphie too because she's so enamored with Zeus.

And darn it Tia - I want to know who you're going to pair that Amazon of yours with... Grr... I will figure it out eventually!

So - those are my thoughts on parings...

Tahi: I was hurt - and it was in the darn technological era - so I couldn't heal myself without raising some major eyebrows. He helped me - and he's very cute, and intelligent.

You've obviously never been to Seattle. I think daily I see someone walking around with some sort of odd hair color, eye color, etc. There are some strangely odd people here. And that's not even counting when the fraternities decide to have toga day, or crazy hat day. X.X

The doctor didn't think it was weird at all - it was strikingly pretty.
