This room...

Sylphaea stood next to the hydraulis, running her fingers along a few of its keys.

She loves this room as much as the Athenaeum Gardens, or perhaps even more--to be surrounded by musical instruments. She wondered how the rest are doing as she hasn't met them for awhile.

The Charis continued playing, wondering if anyone is going to come...

Adonia glided down the hall as silently as possible, cradling her violin in her arms.

As she approached the room, she heard music, muffled by the closed door, drifting into the hallway. She paused outside the door, not wanting to disturb whoever was playing, but curious to know who was playing so beautifully.

She opened the door a crack, peering in to see a young woman -a fellow student from the look of her- with blond hair and bright white wings. Adonia watched, fascinated a she played the strange instrument, wondering who the young lady was.

(Feel free to ignore if you like ; ) I don't think these two have ever met... but I might be mistaken)

Sylphie heard the door creak open a little, so she smiled and continued playing, switching over to a happier tune and soon ending it.

"Please come in," she invited.

((Nope, they certainly haven't met ))

Adonia jumped slightly, surprised the girl had heard her. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to disturb you." she said, slipping into the room looking apologetic. "What instrument is that?" she asked, tiptoeing over to peer at the strange device.

Ruairi was wandering the hallways, quite bored at the time. He'd just come back from the infirmary where Iva had bandaged most of his left arm, which was his preferred arm, after the weird, qhite-skinned, long-necked thing had attacked him.

For further explanation he and Padraig had been training in the dungeons, something they didn't often do. Ruairi preferred the woods as it reminded him of home, and he wasn't very fond of underground places. At all. But there'd been this girl, this incredibly hot girl he'd met. She worked at the bathhouse so he supposed she was a nymph of some sort -which would certainly explain the blue hair, as he thought now- and he'd been flirting with her quite casually. Except she hadn't been interested. And then she'd dared him to go to the dungeons and come back with proof, to show that he was manly enough for her, and she'd give him a kiss.

Ruairi vaguely wondered if showing her his open-wound, a result of the mouth-underneath-the-mouth he hadn't seen coming, would be enough proof for her. Iva had said that he should under no circumstance remove the bandaging, something about him bleeding out, but she'd understand that girls where a whole different matter...

And then he'd heard this very pretty sound. Pretty, but strange. Foreign. It was certainly no Celtic instrument. And so he poked his head around the corner to check it out while Padraig mimicked him. First he saw Adonia, she was hard to miss with her HUGE pile of hair. Ruairi quickly flashed to the memory of kissing her. Now that had been fun.

But Adonia wasn't playing an instrument. Ruairi looked around and then saw this monstrous-looking thing and next to it this pretty and frail-looking little Charis. What a contrast. And apparently the thing made the weird music. It seemed appropriate, a weird thing creating weird music. He also noted that the Charis looked strange as well. Like she wasn't really seeing what she was looking at. It certainly puzzled him. Then again, MANY things puzzled Ruairi. He was rather used to it.

He stepped in the room and flashed his best winning smile. "Hello m'ladies," he said. "Adonia," he addressed her with a lavish wink. Next he bowed to the Charis, she seemed like the girl bowing would totally work with. "I don't believe we have met, fair lady, my name is Ruairí Mac Tárlach and this is my trusted companion Pádraig. Do not fret, he won't harm you." Padraig just sat next to his master. If he could roll his eyes, be assured that he would.

Also it'd be interesting to see Ruairi around Sylphaea, as he relies solely on his looks and she can't see xD ))

Adonia whipped around to see who was addressing her and felt her heart leap into her throat as she recognized the incredibly tall redhead. She tried desperately to keep herself from blushing, but the memory of their last encounter was not making easy. Instead, she settled for holding her violin close to her as if hoping it could somehow hide her from the overly forward young man.

"H-hello Ruairi.... " she finally managed to mutter, her face turning a bright pink as he winked cheekily at her.
